The award was received on behalf of MCI Capital by Filip Berkowski at the PSIK gala.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>This transaction is a milestone not only for MCI Capital, but for the entire CEE private equity market. The deal brought Montagu to Poland, reinforcing international perception of the CEE region and its private equity ecosystem. Congratulations to everyone involved \u2013 we are proud that IAI Group is becoming proof of the value that can be built here,<\/em>&#8221; said Tomasz Czechowicz, CEO &amp; Founder of MCI Capital.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>With a value of over PLN 1 billion, the sale of IAI Group is the largest B2B SaaS exit ever completed in the CEE region \u2013 a case of transforming a local champion into a regional e-commerce leader serving over PLN 22 billion Gross Merchandise Value.
