Focus (MCI\u2019s portfolio company), is taking over 100 percent of the shares in Systell, its previous main competitor. This will strengthen Focus’s position as a leader in contact center software in Poland.<\/p>\n

“The acquisition will also contribute to a rapid increase in the scale of the company’s operations as the largest supplier of modern solutions in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) model on our market,” – writes Pawel Sikorski, investment partner at MCI Capital, in a special comment for ISBtech.<\/p>\n
