MCI Capital Group reported PLN 80.33 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in Q2 2022 against PLN 430.63 million of profit a year earlier. The operating profit amounted to PLN 69.38 million versus PLN 304.87 million profit a year earlier.<\/p>\n
Second quarter performance almost completely made up for losses from the first quarter (PLN -81 million) with MCI Group ending the first 6 months at a slight loss of PLN 1 million.<\/p>\n
– MCI performed very well in the first half of the year, despite significant market turbulence (war in Ukraine, record decline in technology companies). Our portfolio is developing well, the fund has nearly 1\/3 of its assets in cash and plans to invest approximately PLN 1 billion over the next three years – says Tomasz Czechowicz, CEO of MCI.<\/p>\n
