The Supervisory Board will be reinforced by the addition of the Fund\u2019s representatives.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am glad that we\u2019ve managed to finalise the deal the signing of which we announced in October. We are impressed with the work done so far by the Founders, so we have decided together that they will continue their mission on the Management Board. Despite the fact that they have been involved in the transaction for several months, the Company has maintained strong revenue growth, which proves that our decision to invest was right. We are facing a period of hard work aimed at building the value of the Company and maintaining a high growth rate. From the Fund\u2019s side, we will make every effort to make the IAI the regional champion of the digital economy,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>\u0141ukasz Wierdak, MCI Investment Partner<\/strong>, in charge of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, IAI offers two solutions: IdoSell Shop and IdoSell Booking.<\/p>\n<p>The IdoSell Shop solution (formerly: IAI-Shop.com) enables the creation of a dedicated retail store or online wholesaler. In addition to providing customer service, it also supports advanced business processes: from traffic generation, payment processing, shipping and returns, big data analysis, reporting, to integration with ERP systems, as well as all the other elements essential to running an online business. The clients using the solution include e-commerce companies with high turnover and sales volumes which have decided to outsource the handling of their key processes to a specialised partner.<\/p>\n<p>The IdoSell Booking tool is addressed to owners of accommodation establishments. It allows hotels, guest houses as well as owners of short-term rental apartments to professionalise their business operations and reach a wider base of potential customers. Additionally, via its Channel Manager function, it integrates the availability calendar and downloads reservations from all relevant booking sites such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the transaction, the shares of IAI S.A. will be delisted from NewConnect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first agreement between the Parties was signed in mid-October this year.
